Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of novadigitsalgroup.com and any booking of travel services. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

novadigitsalgroup.com, a PE (EDRPOU 55763660), provides travel services in compliance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023, and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. By booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

Before concluding an electronic contract, you may review and correct your order. We will confirm the contract and you may retain its terms, as required by Law No. 675-VIII.

4. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

Package inclusions are listed at booking. Exclusions: personal expenses, insurance, visa fees, optional activities, and anything not expressly stated.

5. Pricing and Mandatory Fees

Prices include mandatory fees and taxes unless stated otherwise. Pre-contract information on price and terms is provided per Law No. 3153-IX.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment methods shown at checkout.

7. Participant Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, comply with local laws, and follow safety instructions. You are responsible for your own travel documents.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the package. We are not liable for force majeure or third-party actions.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. You may use pre-trial dispute resolution and apply to consumer protection authorities under Law No. 3153-IX. Unresolved disputes are subject to Ukrainian courts.
