Prices and exchange rates

Prices are indicative and may change with exchange rates, supplier tariffs or taxes. The final price is confirmed before you conclude your order, per Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.

Alcohol and travel insurance

Alcohol is served only to persons aged 18 or over in Ukraine. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, delays and baggage; it is not included unless stated.

You must comply with Ukrainian and local laws and venue rules. You are responsible for your documents, visas, health and safety.

Tourism services follow Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995. Refunds, consumer rights and pre-contract information follow Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023. Disputes may be resolved pre-trial.
