Every trip carries a published per-person cost ledger: transport, accommodation, festival pass and a 24/7 trip lead. No hidden fees, no markup surprises. We are an independent organiser, not affiliated with any festival or venue. Travel is 18+ or with parental consent.
02 / How It Works
We assemble the group, run the overland transport from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa or Kharkiv, and keep a trip lead on the coach the whole way. The price you confirm is the price you pay.
See a full cost ledger
Pick a festival and a departure city, then choose Basic dorm, Standard apartment or Flex private room. The deposit locks your seat and your place in the group chat.
Meet the group at the station. Your trip lead checks passports, festival passes and the luggage list before the coach pulls out. One rest stop, overnight where the route needs it.
Check in, collect wristbands and get the site map from your lead. The 24/7 line stays open until the coach brings the group home.

All travellers must be 18 or older. Travellers aged 16 and 17 join only with a signed parental consent form, which we send after the deposit and review before departure. We may check ID at the meeting point in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa or Kharkiv.

novadigitsalgroup.com is an independent trip organizer. We have no connection to any festival, venue, promoter or artist named on this site. Festival passes are bought at face value and listed as their own line in every cost ledger. Lineups and dates can change at the organizer's discretion, and we pass any change on to the group the same day.

Cancellations more than 30 days before departure are refunded minus the deposit and any non-recoverable transport cost. Inside 30 days the transport share is not refundable. The full terms sit in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Each group travels with a named trip lead who carries the border documents, the accommodation keys and a first-aid kit, and who stays reachable by phone for the whole trip, including the return leg. Alcohol rules sit in our Alcohol Policy; our Age Verification and 18+ Policy and Disclaimer cover the rest.

Open the full cost ledgerYes. The festival pass is its own line in the published ledger, next to transport, accommodation, food and a contingency buffer. Nothing is folded into an opaque total. Compare line items on the cost table.
Cancel more than 21 days before departure and you are refunded everything except a pass already bought in your name. Inside that window, your transport and bed are offered to the waitlist first. Details sit in the refund and cancellation policy.
Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv. Cross-border transport, border timing and the return leg are run by the trip lead. Smaller pickup points open when a group fills from one city; see filter trips by departure.
Basic is a shared dorm bed, Standard is a shared apartment, Flex is a private room. Your tier changes exactly one ledger line, so the gap is visible before you reserve, not after.
You must be 18 or older, or travel with written parental consent. Every group has a trip lead reachable around the clock and a short safety briefing before departure.
