The cost ledger is published before you reserve.

Each trip has its own per-person breakdown: festival pass, transport from your departure city, accommodation tier, food, and contingency. The numbers you see here are the numbers you pay.

  • Pass Festival pass at face value, with the ticket tier confirmed at handover.
  • Transport Seats reserved on coach or minibus from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa or Kharkiv. We handle the border crossing.
  • Stay Basic dorm, Standard apartment or Flex private room, priced as a separate line.
  • Food A fixed daily allowance you spend wherever you like on site.
  • Safety A trip lead on the ground around the clock, plus a buffer line for delays.

Every trip we run publishes a per-person ledger. Below is the same three-night festival weekend leaving from Kyiv, booked alone and then booked with the group.
