Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains your rights and our procedures under Ukrainian law.
1. Scope and Legal Basis
This policy applies to all purchases on novadigitsalgroup.com. It complies with Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015.
2. Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies. For electronic contracts, you can review and correct your order before conclusion and receive a confirmation with the contract terms (Law No. 675-VIII).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, email contact@novadigitsalgroup.com with your order number and reason. We will process approved refunds within 14 days using the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including festival passes subject to availability, personalised goods, and digital content once downloaded. We will clearly mark such items before purchase.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, contact us first. You may also use pre-trial dispute resolution mechanisms and apply to consumer protection authorities as provided by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023.
6. Data Protection
We process personal data for refunds under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Protection of Personal Data' of 1 June 2010.
