Alcohol Policy

Responsible consumption and legal compliance at novadigitsalgroup.com festivals.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all festivals and events organised by novadigitsalgroup.com in Ukraine. Alcohol may be available at certain events. By attending, you agree to comply with this policy and applicable Ukrainian laws.

2. Legal Drinking Age

The legal drinking age in Ukraine is 18. Only participants aged 18 or over may purchase or consume alcohol. We may request a valid ID as proof of age. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Substances

Illegal drugs and other illegal substances are strictly prohibited at all our events. Possession, use, or distribution will result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Responsible Behaviour

Please drink responsibly. Do not drive under the influence, engage in disorderly conduct, or endanger others. Follow instructions from event staff and security. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone who violates this policy.

5. Legal Compliance and Your Rights

We comply with Ukrainian law. Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023, you have the right to clear pre-contract information, refund and cancellation terms, and information on pre-trial dispute resolution and your right to apply to consumer protection authorities. Online ticket purchases form an electronic contract under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015; you may review and correct your order before conclusion.
